Effective Email Skills – Your staff will learn to use and appreciate formal and informal register; conventional openings and closings; key phrases and structure. The focus is on the structure, skills and language needed to make a successful presentation. This includes starting and concluding; using visual aids; fielding questions; arranging and presenting information in a systematic and effective manner.
